Our approach

We want CrossPin and this website to be usable by people with disabilities. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our accessibility target. This is a target, not a claim of complete compliance or certification.

Using this website

The website includes a skip-to-content link, keyboard navigation, visible keyboard focus, descriptive headings and text alternatives for meaningful images. You can enlarge text with your browser's zoom controls. Information is not conveyed by colour alone. Wide information tables can be scrolled with a keyboard. The site does not require JavaScript and does not use an accessibility overlay.

Current testing and limitations

We have reviewed the prepared website's structure, keyboard focus, links and narrow-screen layout in a Chromium-based browser. These checks do not cover every browser or assistive technology. Full screen-reader testing of the final website and app releases is still pending.

CrossPin's drawing features and attachments may contain visual or third-party content without a text description. Accessibility of a file opened in another app also depends on that app and the file's author. This statement does not certify the accessibility of user-created content.

Get help or report a barrier

Email support@crosspin.app with the page or feature, your device and the assistance you need. If helpful, include your browser or assistive technology. Do not include private Pins, payment details or passwords. You can request the information on this website in another accessible format. We will review reported barriers and work to resolve them.
